The Analytics Suite continues to evolve for even more simplicity. If you’ve received this message, it’s because you’ve likely already configured level 2 sites, or have created tagging plans including these level 2s.
But wonderful things are ahead in the weeks and months to come: it will be possible to perform aggregated multisite analyses based on level 2 sites.
Don't worry, there's no need to update your tracking, it's only a matter of settings ;)

Our recommendations for 28/02/2019
This improvement will be made possible by taking into account the level 2 name as a shared property of the different sites.
During this transition phase, we will use the level 2 site names you’ve indicated in https://apps.atinternet-solutions.com/Settings/Level2/#/ which is why we must freeze the level 2 site names that have already been configured.
We recommend standardising the names so that they are completely identical on 28 February 2019, should you need to reconcile multisite data.
Each site has its own configuration, sometimes with similar names, but with different IDs:

All names you wish to use must be standardised (please pay attention to capitalisation, special characters, etc.), as they must be perfectly identical.

We will no longer take level 2 site IDs into account, only the names will be accounted for in the analyses.

This same logic can also be applied if your site configurations are in different languages; we recommend choosing one reference language:
