What do the metrics in Acquisition/Loyalty on Analyzer NX mean ?

Acquisition and loyalty user metrics are based on the period you've set for your analysis, as well as the comparison period.

  • a visitor present during period P but not present during period P-1 is considered a new visitor.
  • a visitor present during P and P-1 is considered a returning visitor.

The Acquisition/Loyalty analysis enables you to obtain an acquisition rate for new users on your site. You can then determine whether said rate is satisfactory depending on your objectives and your usual traffic for example.
