I got the "An error occurred while loading the object" error message in a Dashboard, what can I do?

This error message usually appears due to a temporary issue when the Dashboard is loaded up. If it persists after reloading the page, it may be due to the cache or cookies on your browser.

When you encounter this error we thus recommend emptying your browser cache and cookies, logging out and then back in to your account before reattempting to view the Dashboard.

If despite this the error message still appears, please contact the Support Centre.
