Troubleshooting

If you're getting the message, "We couldn't import data from AT Internet’s Analytics Suite", confirm the parameters and try again. This is the most commonly occurring issue. Parameters can fail during refresh instead of during the initial connection. Important: Parameters are case-sensitive. Please enter them exactly as they appear in your AT Internet account. If you're getting an error indicating your credentials are invalid, yet you were able to sign into your AT Internet account, please confirm you have an AT Internet account.

Open a support ticket to reach the Power BI team:

  • While in the Power BI app, select the question mark > Contact Support.
  • From the Power BI Support site, select Contact Support on the right side of the page.
