When launching the User Insights application, you will see an “overview” page.



The overview displays unique visitor information over 1 or many websites of your choice. The metric per default is “Unique Visitors”. Other metrics are displayed per default: visits, conversions, visits per unique visitor.

Additional metrics are available in the “Metrics” drop-down list at the right of the chart:


In this visual representation, only the line chart is available. Its granularity can be edited depending on the period that is analysed: day, week, month. When analysing only 1 day of data, an additional level of granularity is available: hour.

When studying multiple sites, the unique visitor figure is deduplicated, meaning that if a visitor visited 2 of the selected websites, we will only count 1 visitor for both websites.
