User Insights is a new application dedicated to cross-device, cross-site and cross-source analysis. Its goal is to shift the approach of analyses from visit-centric to visitor-centric by providing dedicated analyses for each step of the customer lifecycle journey.
Pre-built analyses are natively integrated in the application, with dedicated data visualisations giving instant access to insights about visitor behaviour over time. All visitor-level analyses are deduplicated over multiple digital platforms to provide precise and adjusted metrics about their engagement with the brand. Each analysis can rapidly become actionable by providing visitor ID extracts for 1 to 1 remarketing purposes.
